You have a generous window of 30 days to request a free return label for any item you've purchased, with the exception of products falling under the 'Herbs of Kedem' category. Should you decide to return any item from the 'Herbs of Kedem' collection, the return cost will be borne by the client rather than the store. Rest assured, we gladly accept 'Herbs of Kedem' product returns within 30 days of your purchase, whether it's due to a change of mind or in rare instances of a bad reaction to the product.
For all the rest of the store items, In the event of product quality issues or damage during transportation, customers are eligible for a complimentary reshipment or a full refund. However, if customers wish to return the goods for personal reasons, they will be responsible for covering the round-trip freight costs.
